Mike is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) offering tele-therapy services to residents of New Jersey and Florida. With all clients, he prioritizes the importance of understanding where each individual is at in their own journey and work toward helping each person realize their own best self. He is passionate about helping people discover and explore their internal resources so that they can heal wounds from the past, rebuild connections, and live meaningful lives in the present. His hope is to provide clients with a space where they feel seen, understood, and supported; a place where you can be yourself.

Stephanie De Lellis, MA, LAC, NCC

Steph is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) offering tele-therapy services to individuals in New Jersey. Stephanie approaches counseling utilizing a blend of Cognitive Behavioral and mindfulness-based techniques. With this blend of techniques, Stephanie believes in the importance of development in solid coping skills that engage both the body, and mind to tackle difficulties such as depression, anxiety, stress, and anger. Stephanie’s goal is to aid in the development of these coping skills, and to create an environment where clients feel safe to engage in self exploration, and feel supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Steven Padula, APN

Steven is a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) offering virtual evaluations and medication management services to residents of NJ. Steven sees patients through telehealth Fridays and Weekends for your convenience.

Kelly Beneduce, RDN

Kelly is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with almost 2 decades of experience. She received her undergraduate degree in dietetics from the University of Delaware. Kelly also completed her dietetic internship from the University of Delaware. Her background includes working in acute care hospitals, long term care facilities, dialysis centers, corporations, and private practices.

Kelly specializes in weight management and helping clients achieve a healthier weight. She has a certificate of training in weight management as well. Kelly also counsels clients with various diseases and conditions including gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, and PCOS, among other conditions. She is committed to helping you develop a better relationship with food for the long term. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys exercising, baking, traveling, and spending time with her 3 sons and husband.

Hi! My name is Stephanie and my passion is bringing hope and healing to people facing the many challenges found in our daily lives. We live in an uncertain world today and often our resilience and our emotional health is tested. We endure broken relationships, chronic illnesses, abuses, loss of loved ones, school and job challenges along with typical life transitions. Many of us have now been impacted by larger events such as the pandemic, natural disasters, and community violence. However, it is my belief and my experience, that with every obstacle or adversity we face, we posses an underlying reliance that enables us to conquer those challenges and feel confident in managing our lives. For over 20 years in the field of social work, I have had the privilege of helping many people recognize their personal strengths and build the healthy productive lives in which they aspire to live. My overall approach is eclectic, trauma informed, and compassionate. Together we will find what specific treatment approach works best in your personal journey. My specialties have included working with grief/loss, anxiety, depression, parenting, school issues, family relationships and family conflict. Dana Brouca, LCSW

Dana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing therapy services to individuals and couples through Telehealth to residents of NJ. She has 10+ years of professional work experience helping individuals and couples with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & depression. Dana also has experience working with people coping with life changes such as loss of a loved one or those who have newly become parents. She uses a variety of treatment approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing.

Dana feels that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the challenges that are having a negative impact on your life. She understands it takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
